Viktor Bottka is a long-standing member of the Legal Service who has worked for 10 years in the European Commission competition team (2006-2016) and in the last 3 years in the AIDE team (2016-). Over the past 13 years, he has worked on 259 cases before the EU courts, of which he has spoken verbally in more than 100 cases. He has published numerous articles on antitrust laws in banking and the financial sector in Brussels.
